Steve: Hardware Engineer
Steve has been with the company since 2001. He is your 'go to' contact at the GCC regarding hardware. If you are looking to purchase any type of PC from a basic office machine to the latest high-spec gaming system - he's your man. He will not only advise you as to the best options for you and your budget, he will have the machine built for you and load all the software on too. If you have a broken down PC or Laptop this is the man to fix it for you.
Ian: Software Engineer
Ian has been working at Grantham Computer Centre since 1994. He carries out many of the repairs on PC's and laptops, mainly specialising in software issues. If your PC is running slow, has virus/malware issues, needs to have software reloaded or install/re-install Windows, Ian has years of experience and will be able to resolve many of your computer problems. He openly admits to not liking his photo being taken.
Richard: Hardware Engineer/On-Site Engineer
Richard is our helpful on-site engineer and has been doing this job for us for since 2006. He will do any work (within reason) in the local vicinity, where the customer prefers/requires the work to be carried out in their home or simply on occasions where it is simply not possible to do the work in the shop. New PC / Laptop installs, broadband router installs, home networking configurations, wireless connectivity issues and lots more.
